What you provide

The Exhibitor Fee for each organization is $100 for a single 10′x10′  booth space. Group booths for multiple businesses or organizations are available upon request. The fee is payable prior to April 16, 2009, and subject to a $50. late payment fee.

We strongly advise early registration as we have implemented sector “caps” this year and due to the overwhelming demand for exhibit space last year, we were forced to turn away several potential exhibitors last year.

All facets of the display set-up, take-down, materials required for your display, staffing your booth, etc. are the responsibility of the exhibitor. This includes extension cords, power bars and audio visual or computer equipment.

We also encourage exhibitors to consider donating a door prize. The completion rate of evaluations increased dramatically when door prizes were introduced. Data from the evaluations provides important information for planning.
