Exhibitor satisfaction with the event and its results is a key factor in the continued growth of Job Fair. Each year more than 2 out of 3 exhibitors are repeat participants, and more than half of the exhibitors have participated at least three times. Five key reasons for participating were noted on exhibitor evaluations:

• Networking - 43%
• Screening / Pre-hires 6%

As we plan Job Fair each year, we rely heavily on evaluations and comments received from exhibitors - both positive and negative. Exhibitor feedback has consistently been overwhelmingly positive, and Job Fair 2008 exhibitors gave a rating of “Good” to”Excellent” in the following categories:
